  • Do I need to sign a long-term contract to use Eclipse Net?

    Certainly not. Eclipse Net services are offered on a month-to-month basis, but we also provide discounted rates for customers who opt for longer-term service commitments.

  • What happens if I exceed my pre-pay plan?

    If your account surpasses the pre-paid data limit, we will compute the additional usage for the month and apply the corresponding on-demand pricing accordingly.

  • How do you charge for storage?

    Storage is determined by calculating the average kilobytes of data consumed each day throughout the entire billing month. For instance, if you utilize 0.5 terabytes of data for the initial 20 days and then 2 terabytes for the subsequent 10 days, your charges will be based on an average of 1 terabyte over the course of a 30-day month.

  • Am I charged to view my video?

    Indeed, we calculate the volume of kilobytes of video that your clients access and review throughout the month. Consequently, a portion of the data charge for the month is attributed to users who view the video content. It's important to note that, in most cases, clients typically review only a small fraction of the video content they have stored on our service. Therefore, you should anticipate that the majority of data usage will stem from the storage aspect itself.
